This month, we’ve added four new ways to sharpen your numbers so your ROAS, AOV, and margin match what's actually happening in your business.

That means more control over your data, and more confidence in what it's telling you. Details below.

Track the advertorial, not just the store

If you run traffic through an advertorial, a bridge page, or any landing page that isn't built on Shopify, WooCommerce, or Funnelish, you can now track it directly. Install the Custom / Other pixel and Bratrax picks up clicks, add-to-carts, and checkouts on that page the same way it does on your storefront — so the page in the middle of your funnel stops being a blind spot.

Your second domain stops getting logged as a referral

If your funnel spans more than one domain — a separate advertorial site, a regional storefront, a page hosted somewhere else — visitors moving between them used to be credited to Referral, and whatever actually brought them in lost the sale. Tell Bratrax which domains are yours and the journey stays intact across all of them.

Exclude orders by tags

Sell wholesale or bulk through the same Shopify store as your regular DTC business? Those orders have been mixing into your average order value, revenue, and margin, skewing all three. Add the tag your wholesale orders carry under Settings → Account settings → Exclude orders by tag, and Bratrax rebuilds your dashboards to leave them out.

Set variable shipping costs by region

Shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, or Puerto Rico costs more than shipping to the rest of the country, but Cost settings could only apply one flat rate to every order. Now you can set a different shipping cost per region — with a one-click shortcut for those three — so your profit and margin reflect what you actually pay to ship, wherever the order goes.

Also shipped

  • Checkout redirects stop stealing the credit — when a customer's checkout bounces through a payment page like Klarna or Amazon Pay on the way back to your store, Bratrax no longer counts that hop as a referral. The sale goes to the ad, email, or channel that actually drove it. Attribution →

  • Amazon product costs — enter unit and handling costs for each Amazon SKU right beside your Shopify product costs, matched to your shipped units automatically, so your profit numbers cover the whole business. Settings → Cost settings → Amazon COGS →

  • Add a store yourself — you can now add a second store to your account straight from the navigation header, no support ticket required. It goes under your existing account and your existing billing.

  • Connection problems surface in the app — when a platform's access expires we email the account owner and flag the broken connector with a one-click Reconnect. And when Shopify needs you to approve a new permission, a banner tells you exactly what's needed and takes you straight there. Settings → Connectors →

  • Video walkthroughs for every part of Bratrax — each dashboard, connecting your platforms, setting up your costs, reading attribution. Watch them inside the Help section, or work through the whole set at once. Watch the playlist →

Everything above lives inside Bratrax. If you haven't tried it yet and you're on Shopify, the easiest way in is the Shopify App Store — we listed Bratrax there earlier this month, and installing from the listing gets you 60 days free, then $99/month flat at any GMV. It wires into your store on its own, there are no new UTMs or tagging to set up, and you can keep your current attribution running alongside it while you compare.

Running on WooCommerce instead? Start for $1 — same product, same dashboards, same precision and control over your data.

Already a customer? Hit reply and tell us which of these you'd actually use — it shapes what we build next.
