Hi there,
When your attribution tool says WooCommerce revenue came from “Direct,” it often does not mean someone typed your URL into a browser.
It means the tool lost the trail.
UTM stripped.
Referrer missing.
Checkout flow changed.
Payment step interrupted the session.
Order metadata ignored.
Click ID never tied back to the purchase.
And once that revenue lands in Direct, you can’t do much with it.
You can’t scale it.
You can’t cut it.
You can’t defend the ad spend that may have created it.
This is the problem Bratrax was built around.
The order is the ground truth.
Bratrax connects WooCommerce order data with the touchpoints we can recover from your ads, UTMs, referrers, and customer path. When the source is recoverable, we move it out of the junk bucket and back to the channel that actually created it.
Not perfect attribution.
Just less shrugging.
We’re opening the first WooCommerce wave now:
25 stores
$1 first month
then $79/mo locked for life
no contract
run Bratrax beside whatever you use now
If you run on WooCommerce and want us to check what your Direct / Referral bucket is hiding, click here to sign up:
I’m also posting a lot about attribution, analytics, and generally talking shit on LinkedIn. If this is relevant to you, connect with me there and say hi:
Best,
Brat
